MEET THE CREW
Dive Boat Darren
Meet Darren- kindhearted, dependable, and determined never to let anybody down- which is ironic because that's his profession.
Darren supports divers and helps the crew explore beneath the surface. He takes his responsibilities seriously and always wants everyone to feel safe and supported.
He sometimes worries too much about disappointing others, but when the pressure is on, Darren discovers that he is braver and more capable than he realizes.
The Tug Twins- Turner and Thruster
Meet the twins- tugs Turner and Thruster. Strong, mighty, and always in motion. The twins are super agile, have tremendous pulling power and love tackling jobs that seem impossible.
They are energetic, enthusiastic, and often zoom around in circles while deciding where help is needed most. Turner can be a little rough around the edges, Thruster is always trusty- and both love pushing and pulling bigger ships.
Sheriff Marshall
Meet Marshall- Alert, responsible, and committed to keeping Grit City safe.
Marshall is the local police officer of the harbor and takes his duties as a patrol boat very seriously. He is observant, calm under pressure, and always ready to investigate anything suspicious.
Although he can sometimes be a little too serious, Marshall has a kind heart and always tries to help others make the right choice.
Tasman Tender
Meet Tasman- Polite, yet rough around the edges; polished, and always ready to assist. Tasman is the Australasian gentleman of the harbor, with excellent manners and a calm, reassuring personality, and loves to use the word "bro".
Like a trusted butler, he seems to have exactly what the crew needs before they even ask for it.
Tasman enjoys doing things properly, although the chaos caused by the other boats sometimes tests even his patience.
Landing Craft Louie
Meet Louie- bold, fearless, and always first on the scene. Louie is a natural leader who never hesitates when someone needs help.
He is brave, determined, and ready to take on even the toughest jobs, although his enthusiasm sometimes causes him to charge ahead before hearing the whole plan.
Louie believes that when trouble appears, the best thing to do is lower the ramp and get to work.
Explorer Eddie
Meet Eddie- adventurous, enthusiastic, and always searching for what lies beyond the horizon. Eddie is fascinated by new places, hidden coves, unusual sea creatures, and anything that has not yet been discovered.
His curiosity inspires the whole crew to try new things, although it can also lead him farther from home than he intended.
Eddie believes every trip is an opportunity to learn something new—and possibly begin another adventure.
Navigator Neville
Meet Neville- thoughtful, dependable, and always guiding the way. Neville loves maps, directions, lighthouses, buoys, charts, and carefully prepared plans.
He is the crew member everyone relies on when they are lost or unsure what to do next.
Neville can occasionally overcomplicate simple journeys with too many instructions, but his attention to detail usually keeps the crew out of trouble.
Pushboat Porter
Meet Porter- loyal, steady, and always ready to give someone a push. Porter is the dependable friend who stays beside you when a job becomes difficult.
He may not always be the loudest member of the crew, but he is strong, patient, and trustworthy.
Whether someone needs help moving a heavy load or simply needs encouragement, Porter always has their back.
Sparky
Meet Sparky- quiet, thoughtful, and quietly proud of his electric power. Sparky prefers listening to talking and rarely feels the need to draw attention to himself.
He takes great pride in how smoothly and silently his electric motor runs compared with the noisy engines around him.
Sparky may be reserved, but he is dependable, environmentally conscious, and often notices things the louder boats miss.
Skiff Scooter
Meet Scooter-playful, curious, and constantly getting into mischief. Scooter is small, quick, and endlessly energetic. He wants to be involved in every adventure, even when nobody has asked for his help.
His curiosity often puts him in the wrong place at the wrong time, but his unexpected ideas sometimes end up saving the day.
Captain Patchbeak and the Chipsnatchers
Meet Captain Patchbeak and the Chipsnatchers- the mischievous, unruly gang of seagulls always causing trouble.
They love fish n chips, snacks, and generally causing trouble, but they're very kind at heart.
